人々が静寂と呼ぶものも、私には音楽。
静寂のなかでは、言葉もすたれゆく。
騒音と呼ばれる音も、私には歌。
人が奏でる歌、自然が奏でる歌。
静寂とは、自然が作り出した作品で、それを聴き入る私は、その音楽の中心にいる。

What people think of silence, I call music.
Within silence, muteness is obsolete.
When people hear noise, I hear singing.
Songs are sung by people, sounds are sung by nature.
Silence is the music that nature performs and I, the listener, am in the center of it all.
